Test Planning: Design and implement detailed test plans and test cases for data applications.Test Execution: Perform functional, performance, and regression testing on various databases and data systems.Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.Collaboration: Work closely with development and database administration teams to resolve issues.Automation: Develop and maintain automated scripts for database testing.Data Validation: Validate data sources, transformation logic, and data loading processes.Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.Compliance: Ensure testing processes comply with industry standards and best practices
Primary Skill
sStrong understanding of SQL and database technologies, experience with testing tools like Selenium or QTP, and familiarity with data warehouse architecture
